We are committed to making your global sourcing experience smooth and transparent. This policy outlines our return and refund protocols for both standard retail purchases and high-ticket B2B enterprise orders.
๐ 1. Eligibility for Return (Retail vs. B2B)
A. Standard Retail Products
If you are not fully satisfied with a standard domestic retail item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or exchange, provided:
- The item is strictly unused, unwashed, and in its original factory packaging.
- All product tags, manuals, and accessories remain attached and intact.
- You provide the original Shanvis Store order number or GST invoice.
B. High-Ticket Electronics & Import-on-Order (B2B)
Enterprise Protection Clause: To deliver factory-direct pricing without dead-stock markups, Shanvis Store operates a strict Prepaid-Only / Import-on-Order model for industrial machinery, robotics, and high-ticket electronics. Because these items are imported specifically for your business via global DDP air/sea freight, they are strictly non-returnable for "buyer's remorse." Returns or replacements for these items are authorized only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or severe transit damage.
๐ 2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized OEM/ODM corporate bulk orders.
- Personal care, hygiene, or medical industry uniforms/products.
- Items marked as "Clearance," "Final Sale," or specific promotional deals.
- Gift cards, software licenses, or digital downloads.
๐ฆ 3. Return Process & Unboxing Protocol
To ensure a fast and dispute-free resolution, we follow a strict verification process:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: For all electronics and high-value B2B shipments, a continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package, the shipping label, and the defect is required to process a claim.
- Initiate the Claim: Email us at support@shanvis.store within the 7-day window. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video/photos.
- Verification & Pickup: Our technical support team will assess the claim. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide the designated warehouse return address.
- Inspection: Once received at our Bengaluru/Hyderabad facilities, the item undergoes quality inspection before the refund or replacement is authorized.
๐ณ 4. Refund Timeline & GST Compliance
Authorized refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days post-inspection. Funds are credited strictly back to the original payment method.
- Defective Goods: You will receive a 100% full refund or free replacement, including all shipping costs.
- Standard Returns (Non-Defect): Forward shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
- B2B Buyers: For corporate orders involving GST Input Tax Credit (ITC), official credit notes will be issued against the original B2B invoice to ensure tax compliance.
๐ 5. International Orders & DDP Logistics
Shanvis Store proudly ships global enterprise orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means we pre-pay all customs duties to guarantee zero border headaches for you.
Because these international tariffs and freight fees are paid upfront to government authorities, customs duties and international freight charges are strictly non-refundable unless the return is explicitly due to a critical error on our part (e.g., dispatching the wrong SKU or a DOA defective product). Return shipping for non-defective international orders remains the responsibility of the buyer.
๐งพ 6. Order Cancellation Policy
Standard orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement (provided they have not yet been dispatched). However, for Import-on-Order B2B sourcing contracts, cancellation is not possible once international factory procurement and customs filing have commenced.
