These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.shanvis.store and all related B2B sourcing, DDP logistics, and import services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MeeThought E-Commerce Private Limited (acting alongside our strategic alliance, Bhavitha Sree Trading).

By accessing our website or utilizing our procurement services, you (the "User", "Buyer", or "Corporate Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

💳 2. Prepaid "Import-on-Order" & Payment Terms

• Prepaid Model: To secure factory-direct B2B pricing and eliminate dead-stock overhead, all global sourcing orders are strictly processed on a 100% Prepaid / Import-on-Order basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international high-ticket procurements.
• Cancellations: Because capital is immediately deployed to overseas factories and international freight carriers upon order confirmation, orders cannot be canceled once the international procurement process has commenced.
• Pricing & Currency: All final prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) charges. We reserve the right to adjust quotations prior to payment due to sudden global currency fluctuations or international freight rate spikes.

🚢 3. DDP Logistics, Customs & Buyer Compliance

Shanvis Store assumes responsibility for the financial payment of customs duties and port clearance fees under our DDP logistics model. However, the Buyer assumes all legal responsibility for the following:

• Import Legality: The Buyer must ensure the requested product is legally permitted for import and use within India (or the destination country). Shanvis Store holds no liability for shipments seized by government authorities due to prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed items requested by the Buyer.
• Force Majeure in Logistics: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: port strikes, customs audits, extreme weather affecting sea freight, or global pandemic disruptions.

⚖️ 4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Support

As your logistics proxy, Shanvis Store ensures safe transit and guarantees the product arrives exactly as dispatched by the overseas factory. However, our liability is strictly limited as follows:

• Manufacturer Defects: If a machine arrives with a manufacturing defect, Shanvis Store will assist in mediating a warranty claim with the overseas factory. We are not legally liable for the financial cost of replacing a defective unit if the original overseas manufacturer goes out of business, denies the claim, or refuses to honor their warranty.
• Maximum Liability Cap: In any legal dispute, Shanvis Store’s maximum financial liability to the Buyer shall absolutely not exceed the total transaction value (purchase price) paid by the Buyer for the specific disputed order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or "loss of business/profit" damages.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
