📌 Important Tracking Notes
- Customs Clearance: Since your order is shipped via our strict DDP network, Shanvis Store has prepaid all customs duties. Your package will clear Indian borders automatically. You do not need to pay any surprise fees to the delivery agent.
- Local Delivery Partners: Once an international shipment clears customs and arrives in India, tracking will update and the package will be handed over to a premium local courier (e.g., FeDex , DHL,Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees,DTDC) for final door delivery.
- Sea Freight Updates: Ocean cargo tracking updates only when the vessel reaches major transit ports. Do not panic if there is a multi-day gap in updates while the ship is on the ocean.
