Fully automatic banana chips/flour production line is to make banana chips/powder or banana slices including banana peeling machine, banana chips cutting machine, frying machine,air dryer machine, seasoning machine, crushing machine and packaging machine. Fully automatic banana chips production line

1. Banana peeling machine: This machine adopts manual feeding, automatic tare processing technology, quickly remove the green banana peel, can produce bananas 300kg per hour, and peeled clean and the flesh is complete.

2. Banana chips cutting machine: Cut the banana into round or oval pieces.Thickness 1-5mm can be adjustable.Feed inlet diameter 25-150mm can be customized.

3. Banana chips fryer: On the basis of different proportion of water and oil,water below,In the upper heating oil frying banana/plantain slices, residue direct precipitation in the water,oil does not smoke.the use of the extended the oil cycle, bring down the cost.The oil temperature control precision, That ensure the quality of the banana/plantain chips and taste.After working,the water out,residue will also flow out together.

4. Hoist: The purpose of the hoist is to convey the banana slices to the frying machine, and it really can save time and energy. You do not need to transport the slices manually.

5. Air dryer machine: After frying, we should cool and fried banana slices by air cooling machine. There are several cooling fans on the machine, and they can cool banana slices evenly.

6. Leaching sugar machine: leaching sugar machine is same as frying machine, and its functional is to mix the fried banana slices with different flavors of sugar. The taste of sugar depends on the customers, and you mix any sugar you want with the slices.

7. Second fryer: Why the banana slices need to be fried twice? After mixing with sugar, the banana slices become softer than before. Thus, you need to fry them again for crisp taste.

8. Second Air dryer machine: This process is mainly to remove the water on the surface of the banana slices through the fan. The banana slices without moisture will be better fried by the fryer.

9. Seasoning machine: It is made of stainless steel. Banana/plantain chips even turn in the rotation of the drum.Adopt sprinkle or spray to put spices.Seasoning evenly not easily broken.

10. Packing machine: filling some nitrogen in bags when packing ,prevent banana chips broken,extend guarantee period
