Introduction
SQM-1L planetary ball mill is an essential device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, nano-material dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials.
This product is small in size, full in function, high in efficiency and low in noise.
Features
1. The compression rod assembly adopts 304 stainless steel, which is anti corrosive and durable.
2. Safety door design. Open the door cover and automatically stop the machine.
3. Visible window for convenient observation of machine operation.
Working mode
Two or four ball milling tanks work at the same time maximum sample loading: 2/3 of the volume of ball milling tanks. Feed tension: soil material ≤10 mm. Other materials ≤3 mm. Discharge particle size: the minimum can reach 0.1 um (i.e. 1.0 x 10 mm-4).
Grinding Media
The grinding jars for your optional, we have stainless steel jars, zirconium jars, agate jars, ceramic jars, nylon jars, tungsten carbide jars, PU jars, etc. The SQM-1L planetary ball mill jars suitable for the capacity from 100 ml to 250 ml, so you can select the correct jars capacity before confirm the order.
