Q&A: Q: it looks like the straps would hinder the visor of a motorcycle helmet from closing all the way... does it prevent the visor from completely closing? A1: Yes it does but if you wear goggles it doesn't matter. A2: Depends on the helmet, if I adjust it right the visor will shut, noticed in high speeds you can fill air flowing in the helmet. It is very adjustable so depending on your helmet. Love the mount it is worth it. Records sound better, no to much wind noise. I trust it more then I would the side 3m mounts, if you were to drop your motorcycle you have a higher chance of not loosing your go pro. A3: I use an AFX-41 Dualsport type helmet and it's no problem closing the shield.
