Q:Can you provide sample first before I place mass production order?

A:- Yes, we can provide samples for your reference, and when your mass production order is over 1000 pieces, the sample fee will be returned!

Q:What is your MOQ?

A:- For Megir branded watches which we have in stock, we accept orders like 40 pcs. You can mix order by different models in different colors.
- For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models.Generally, each model each color not less than 500 pcs

Q:Where can we put our logo?

A:- You can put your logo on the dial, the buckle, and the case-back... The logo can be engraved, lasered or printed due to your request.

Q:Can we customize our own brand watch?

A:- Yes, we are a professional watch factory, we are glad to help you make them.

Q:What's the delivery time?

A:- For MEGIR or RUIMAS branded watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 3~5 days after the order is confirmed and payment is done.
- For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time is around 30~90 days due to your detailed request.

Q:How about shipping methods?

A:- If you have a courier in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
- If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed.

Q:How about your products quality?

A:- All MEGIR and RUIMAS branded watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.
- All MEGIR and RUIMAS branded watches are vacuum plated. The color would last at least 2 years.
- For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.

Q:Do you accept PayPal?

A:- For small orders less than 50 pieces, we accept PayPal.
- Mostly we accept T/T, Western Union, Secure payment on Alibaba.

Q:What's your payment terms?

A:- For MEGIR or RUIMAS branded watches in stock, generally, our buyers will arrange full payments in advance as delivery will be arranged within 3 to 5 days.
- For OEM or ODM order with custom logo, 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery.

Q:Are you factory or trade company?Can I visit your factory?

A:- Our factory in both Shenzhen and Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China.
